👩‍⚕️ What You’ll Be Doing:

As a travelling nurse, you will:

• Provide compassionate and person-centred care to elderly residents
• Support daily activities, medication management, wound care, and clinical assessments
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and local staff
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow aged care standards
• Adapt quickly to new environments and facility procedures

📌 Essential Requirements:

• Current AHPRA Registration (RN or EN)
• Minimum 12 months' experience in aged care (residential or community)
• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
• Ability to hit the ground running and work independently
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and seasonal influenza
• Willingness to travel and work away from home

✨ Desirable Skills & Extras:

• Experience in rural, remote or Indigenous communities
• Manual handling, BLS/CPR, and infection control training
• Competency with aged care software (e.g., AutumnCare, iCare, LeeCare, etc.)
• A current police check or NDIS clearance
